This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11361 of 2022 on 13.07.2022 to appear before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
