ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35005 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Physical Education Teacher, from the date of his appointment viz., from 01.06.2019. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent by an order dated 19.08.2024. She also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent dated 19.08.2024 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
