ORDER

(1) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. No.13207 of 2021 dated 24.06.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1423/2021 (2) In the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's case, directed the 1st respondent in the Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2021. It is stated that the respondent did not comply with the said order.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the 1st respondent has passed an order on the representation of the petitioner and therefore, the order of this Court is complied with in letter and spirit. The fact that the respondent has disposed of the representation is not in dispute.

(4) Hence, recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
