2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the first petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24150 of 2012 by name Kanuvammal/A2 died. In respect of other petitioners/accused, investigation was completed in Crime No.178 of 2012 and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry and the same was also taken on file as CC No.1026 of 2015.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters. Hence, recording the said submission made by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), both the petitions are closed. Crl.O.P.No.24150 of 2012 stands abated as against the first petitioner.
