..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to measure the land of the petitioner pursuant to her application filed before him on 26th June 2013 in respect of her land in old Survey No.218/2 in New Survey No.389/18, measuring extent 0.0115.0 (1287 sq.ft.) situated in Agaram Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to measure the land of the petitioner based on his application dated 26.06.2013.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that survey was conducted by the respondent on 30.06.2018 in the presence of the petitioner, which is also acknowledged by him.
