The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the respondent. Pending Civil Revision Petition, both the petitioner and respondent have settled the matter and the petitioner has paid one time payment of Rs.8,00,000/- to the respondent and therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 02.03.2018 kj II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
