This Court, by order dated 22.12.2020, has directed the District and Sessions Judge No.II, Kancheepuram, to dispose of the petition in G.W.O.P.No.99 of 2018, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of that order. Now, the District and Sessions Judge No.II, Kancheepuram , has written a letter to the Registry in D.No.546/2021 dated 16.03.2021 seeking further extension of time for three months to dispose of the case.
