This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1006 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the conviction and sentence imposed on 27.06.2022 in S.C.No.122 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1006 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
