ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the sixth respondent in Na.Ka.No.24183/2022/Adi1 dated 24.02.2023 and quash the same.

2. The petitioner has sought employment on the basis of the priority in light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.188, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 28.10.1988. According to the petitioner, his land was acquired by the Government on 12.05.1979, hence, seeks employment, which is rejected by the authorities by way of the impugned order on the ground that the compensation is already paid. Therefore, he has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. It is 2/4

relevant to note that the petitioner is aged about 51 years and had crossed the age for any employment and compensation is already paid. Such view of the matter having slept over all these years, now as a matter of right, he cannot seek employment. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in the case and this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
