The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations given to the respondents 1 to 4 on 03.05.2023, 10.05.2024, 12.06.2024, 14.11.2024, 05.02.2025, 26.02.2025.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had retired from the service on 31.03.2023, and made representations to the respondents claiming terminal benefits, there was no response for the same.

On instructions from Commissioner of Technical Education, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 would contended that the amount claimed by the petitioner has already been disbursed to the College, whereas, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 is not in a possession to confirm the said factum.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submits that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representations made by the petitioner is yet to be considered, this Court without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
7. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
