This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5 in Crl.O.P.No.16394 of 2024 on 11.07.2024

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.188 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate.

4. Further, one week time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
