The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows: "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in R.C.No.4263/2018(K) dated 19.02.2019 and quash and consequentially issue direction directing the first respondent to issue legal heirship certificate by considering the petitioner application dated 07.03.2016 and 14.11.2016."

2. Though the claim of the petitioner was rejected by the order impugned in the Writ Petition, it appears that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subsequently legal heirship certificate has been granted to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the Legal Heirship Certificate which has been issued on 17.09.2019.
