This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in order dated 10.12.2021 passed in W.P.No.2339 of 2019 for a further period of three months from the date of order in this extension petition.

2. By an order dated 10.12.2021, the petitioners were directed to pass order within a period of three months. However, the order was passed long after on 27.02.2023.

3. Since the order has been passed, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in passing the aforesaid order on 27.02.2023 pursuant to order dated 10.12.2021.

4. Under these circumstances, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered granting liberty to the respondent/writ petitioner to file a statutory appeal against the aforesaid order dated 27.02.2023. 08.08.2024 (2/2) arb https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
