This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 472 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.D.Nithin, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to financial crisis, he was not in a position to file the appeal immediately after the award is passed by the Tribunal. It took some time for him to collect funds from the relatives and friends. The reasons assigned by the petitioner appear to be reasonable and acceptable.
