The matter was posted under the caption "for reporting compliance" today. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the minor child 'X' was admitted at Thiruvarur Medical College and Hospital on 21.7.2023 and on 23.7.2023 at 9.00 am., the pregnancy was terminated. Thereafter, the foetus was preserved and it was handed over to the mortuary to be sent for DNA analysis. It was further submitted that the health condition of the minor was stable and on 25.07.2023, she was transferred out of postnatal ward and she is presently being taken care in the hospital. 3.The submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded and compliance is also recorded.
