ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 3 of the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2953 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.16168 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.955 of 2023 dated 03.03.2025.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the earlier order of this Court.

3. The condition imposed in Para No.3 on the petitioner that the petitioner/A11 is directed to appear before the Tiruvidaimaruthur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m except on the first working day of every month, when the petitioner shall report before the Special Court, Poonamallee at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2022 until further orders vide order dated 03.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2953 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.16168 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.955 of 2023 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Tiruvidaimaruthur Police Station on the second and fourth Sundays of every month at 10.30 a.m and shall report before the Special Court, Poonamallee on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2022 until further orders.

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
