2. The petitioners seek a direction to the respondent to receive their applications for the grant of Ape City Diesel auto rickshaw permit together with prescribed fee and to consider the same.

In any event, as the petitioners' applications have not been received by the respondent, without going into the merits of the cases as projected by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the petitioners' applications dated 10.7.2016, consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
