ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for convening Congregational prayers in the Noor Mohammed Sah Avulia Darga, Panruti, as per the provisions of Place of Worship (Special Provisions) Act 1991 and direct to continue the original hanafi method prayer in the Noor Mohammed Sah Avulia Darga, Panruti, Cuddalore Division.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on behalf of the parties submits that during the pendency of this petition, the 3rd respondent had passed an order dated 27.11.2019.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on behalf of the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No Costs. Consequently the Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
