ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the wife of one K.A.Davod Jagir and his friend is Feroz Dastagir. According to the petitioner, on

22.7.2016, the respondents 2 and 4 took them into illegal custody and thereafter, they have not returned. With these allegations, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that these two detenues, namely, K.A.Davod Jagir and Feroz Dastagir have been remanded to judicial custody by a competent court in the state of Andhra Pradesh and now, they are lodged in Central Prison, Kadappa in Andhra State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenus are not in illegal custody. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
