C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) The appellant/wife filed O.P.No.4501 of 2018 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for restitution of conjugal rights, on the file of the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 2.The respondent/husband filed O.P.No.2984 of 2019 under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, for dissolution of marriage conducted between the appellant and respondent on 02.03.2017, on the ground of cruelty.

3.The learned Judge by the common order dated 21.01.2022, dismissed O.P.No.4501 of 2018 filed by the appellant/wife for restitution of conjugal rights and allowed O.P.No.2984 of 2019 filed by the respondent/husband, granting divorce on the ground of cruelty. 2/5

4.Challenging the said common order dated 21.01.2022 dismissing O.P.No.4501 of 2018 and allowing O.P.No.2984 of 2019, the appellant/wife has come out with the present appeals. 5.When these matters are taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submitted that the parties have settled the matter and they filed Joint Memo of Compromise dated 10.11.2022 duly signed by the appellant, respondent and their respective counsel and prayed for passing of decree in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise.

6.The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 10.11.2022 duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel is taken on file and the same is recorded.

7.Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 10.11.2022. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 3/5

10.11.2022 shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
