This petition has been filed by the claimant seeking permission to enhance the value of the appeal, which was originally valued at Rs.4,50,000/- to be valued at Rs.15,00,000/-. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the claimant had suffered permanent disablement and 100% loss of earning power and the Tribunal did not award any amount towards loss of earning power and also not fix additional amount for future prospects. It had been stated that therefore the value of the appeal will have to be enhanced to Rs.15,00,000/-.
