The present miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in preferring the above criminal revisions against the order in Crl.A.Nos.36, 37 and 38 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur dated 27.03.2024, confirming the order passed in S.T.C.No.110, 120 and 123 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee dated 26.03.2021.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection for the petitions being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions stand allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revisions, if the papers are otherwise in order and also print the name of Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate for the respondent in the main revision cases.
