3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though the order was passed on 14.02.2019, till date, the Court below has not even taken cognizance of the complaint.

This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to take cognizance of the complaint and proceed further in accordance with law and shall complete the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
