W.M.P.No.24008 of 2021 in W.P.No.22785 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J The reason for dispense with prayer in captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [WMP] is articulated in paragraph 15 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'15. I submit that the impugned order was only served in soft copy to the Petitioner. The Petitioner is therefore unable to produce original copy of the same before the Hon'ble High Court.'

2. The reason is good enough to accede to the prayer in captioned WMP. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs.
