ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.385/2012/E12 dated 28.02.2012 issued by the respondent and quash the same and also consequential direction to the respondent to settle the entire retirement benefits to the petitioner on the date of retirement on 29.02.2012 along with interest for the delay in payment within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The facts of the case are not necessary, since the parties have arrived at a settlement.
3. Both the petitioner and the Manager of the Vellore District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., are present in Court.
4. Both the learned counsel informed that there is a consensus and parties have come for settlement. The Settlement agreement is filed in the form of memo. The contents of the memo dated 14.11.2025 shall form part and parcel of
this order.
5. In view of the above submission and the memo dated 14.11.2025, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
