ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.7.2015 and to make payment of the salary for the month of September 2014 within a reasonable time.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Petitioner seeks for disbursement of salary during the interregnum period between transfer and cancellation of the same pursuant to the order of this court. The Petitioner has also made a representation dated 29.7.2015, but nothing has been considered. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st Respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.7.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
