JUDGMENT

The petitioner/wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer the divorce petition filed by the husband in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2012, on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of Sub Court, Trichy, where she is residing.

2. Both the petitioner as well as respondent are present. The petitioner/wife already filed M.C.No.72 of 2013 for maintenance before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2012 for divorce before the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that it is impossible for the petitioner /wife to travel from Trichy to Poonamallee, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

distance about 300 kms, it is appropriate to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of Family Court, Trichy.

4. In view of the above, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
