Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondent to consider the Application of his son P.Praveen in any future vacancy and accommodate him in any suitable post in accordance with his qualification on regular appointment, as per the order dated 14.03.2014 made in W.A.No.840 of 2013.

According to the Petitioner, his family lands measuring an extent of 7 acres were acquired by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.87, dated 17.01.1981 for setting up Boiler Auxiliaries Plant on the request of BHEL, Ranipet, on condition that in the matter of recruitments in the Plant, reference should be given to the land owners from whom the land is acquired and at least, one member of each of such family should be given employment in the Plant.

Hence, the Petitioner sent various representations to the Respondent from 2014 to consider his request in terms of the order dated 14.03.2014 passed in W.A.No.840 of 2013, wherein, the Division Bench has ordered that "it is open to the 2nd Respondent to consider the claim of the Appellant, if he is otherwise eligible for employment." As the Petitioner is aged 52 years and had already crossed the upper age limit for employment, he sent a letter dated 05.12.2018 to the Respondents requesting to consider his request for employment to any one of his family members, i.e. Wife/son. As there was no positive response from the Respondents, the Petitioner is before this Court.

This Court is not willing to entertain these kind of Writ Petitions, as the Petitioner herein is trying to take backdoor entry into the public forum. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
