O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5468 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., First and Third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the final report and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
