Crl.MP No.10347 of 2019 in Crl.OP No.14672 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by the Court below while disposing of the case in Crl OP No.14672 of 2014. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner had received the order copy only in the Month of June, he did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears of interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- from March 2019 to July 2019 ( 5 months x Rs.5,000/- = Rs.25,000/-) on or before 05.09.2019. The petitioner is further directed to pay the interim maintenance from August 2019, on or before the 5th of every English Calendar month. http://www.judis.nic.in
