Crl.MP No.10487 of 2019 in Crl OPNo.11955 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP No.11955 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019, to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 am until further orders. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below, till 25.04.2019 and subsequently the condition imposed by this Court, from 15.05.2019 till date.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required in the course of investigation.
