This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 996 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 27.07.2022 passed by the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode in S.C.No.56 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 996 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
