Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from disconnecting the electricity connection bearing No.064003603 situated in S.F.No.133/1A of the Punjai Palatholuvu Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District in violation of the circular of the TANGEDCO in P.R. No.1 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 and principles of natural justice. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

Subsequently after filing of the present writ petition, the respondent-TANGEDCO restored agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner. More-so, the writ petitioner also died. Thus there is no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
