"The Competent Authority and Special District Revenue Officer, National Highways (Land Acquisition), Thiruvallur."

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the name of the 2nd respondent in the above Writ Petition is amended as prayed for.
