In a proposed suit for recovery of money this application is presented for leave to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court. Learned Senior counsel for the applicant points out that the cause of action in the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court where a sale agreement was executed on 05.04.2019 and where the monetary transactions between the plaintiff and the defendant took place. It is also pointed out that a meeting was held in relation to the suit claim in the corporate office of the plaintiff at Chennai on 30.01.2019.

2. Upon considering the above submissions and on examining the draft plaint, the cause of action has arisen at least partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, A.No.3426 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court.
