2. The said statement is recorded. Recording the above submission, OP No.289 of 2010 is dismissed as settled out of court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the court fee of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sixty thousand only) has been paid upfront for filing of the Original Petition.
4. However, as seen from the court papers, only court fee stamp paper of Rs.50/-(Rupees fifty only) has been paid. In case, court fee of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) has been paid by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to refund the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner as the matter has been settled out of court.
