This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the petitioner's name as Toybur Rahman instead of Toybur 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Raliman, as mentioned in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13969 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection to allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Further, a period of two weeks time is granted to comply with the conditions imposed in the said order, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the bail shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13969 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
