14/2018 by the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore in Confirming the order and decreetal order dated 04/04/2018 passed in I.A.No.304/2017 in O.S. No.132/2017 on the file of learned Sub Judge, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District, (IN CMP.No.19107/2019) pending disposal of the above CRP(PD).No.2955 ORDER: This Petition and miscellaneous petition coming on for Extension of time on the Seventh day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 16/08/2021 and letter dated 09/12/2021 vide D.No.830/2021 from the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, this court made the following order: The learned Judge has requested this Court to extend the time which was granted earlier by this Court.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter of the Presiding Officer dated 09.12.2021, this Court grants a further time of three months to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.132/2017 pending on his file.
