The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to quash the FIR No.25 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.25 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the TNPID Court, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.35 of 2013. 3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No. 25 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
