The present application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order passed in C.S.No.377 of 2021 dated 18.07.2022 against the 4th defendant.

2.Mr.S.Charles Bell, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third defendant, MR.RR.Mohanraja, learned counsel for the fourth defendant and Mr.J.Daniel, Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the fifth defendant would submit in unison that they no objection in allowing the present application. 3.Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.
