Learned counsel brings to the notice of this Court that in paragraph 3, while narrating the conviction under Sections 294(b) and 355 of the Indian Penal Code, offence under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 3(2)(v-a) and 3(1)(r & s) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, is left out.

Accordingly, the first sentence in paragraph 3 is to be corrected and after Sections 294(b) and 355 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 3(2)(v-a) and 3(1)(r & s) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, to be added.
