This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report had been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.3000 of 2022 and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication.
