Application in A.No.4027 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 353 days in filing abatement petition relating to death of D5 in C.S.No.910 of 2016.

2.Application in A.No.4028 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement in respect of death of D5 in C.S.No.910 of 2016.

3.Application in A.No.4029 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives namely Mrs.Gomathi and Mr.Tamilselvan to be made as parties in the place of deceased 5th defendant in C.S.No.910 of 2016.

4.The learned counsel appearing for D1 to D3, D6 and D7 has no objection for allowing these applications.

5.Accepting the reasons stated by the applicant, all the applications are allowed.

6.Applicants/plaintiffs are directed to take steps to amend the plaint.

7.After carrying out amendment, issue notice to D4, D5 and impleaded respondents/defendants.
