2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in the order dated 02.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.12663 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.953 of 2025. In paragraph 5(i), instead of mentioning the cheque amount of Rs.1,17,612/-, it has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.2,35,224/-.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the sum of Rs.2,35,224/- mentioned in paragraph 5(i) of the of the order dated 02.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12663 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.953 of 2025 is replaced as "Rs.1,17,612/-". In all other aspects, the order dated 02.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.12663 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.953 of 2025, remains unaltered.
