O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.5 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 83 years. It is also submitted that, the land to an extent of 15.30 acres had been acquired from the petitioner and the matter is pending for adjudication before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 83 years, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.5 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
