Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent for running the school without obtaining any valid permission from the educational authorities and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to admit students for standards 1 to 5 for the Academic Year 20042005. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent for running the school without obtaining valid permission from educational authorities.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit the proceedings of the respondents dated 27.04.2004, 27.03.2007, 18.06.2014, 21.11.2014 and 10.12.2015, to show that the 4th respondent/School is being run after getting approval from the authorities.

3. In view of the above position, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
