This application has been filed seeking to declare the plaintiff as major. She was represented by her mother and natural guardian, since she was a minor at the time of filing of the suit. The affidavit filed by the minor discloses that she was born on 02.11.2000. Hence, she has attained majority on 02.11.2018. The guardian has also filed an affidavit affirming that the erstwhile minor was born on 02.11.2000.

2. Accepting the said averments, this application is allowed, the plaintiff is declared as major and the Guardian is discharged. The counsel for the plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the plaint by 13.09.2019.
