Pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi, in letter D.No. 588 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025, has communicated to the Registry of this Court that the suit is presently posted for cross-examination of D.W.1 by the plaintiff side.

2. The learned Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi, who is trying

the suit, has sought three months time from 08.07.2025 to dispose of the suit.

3. In view of the request made, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.
