3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint lodged as against the petitioner by the counter party has been enquired and closed. Thereafter, the petitioner himself appeared before the second respondent and submitted a letter saying that there is no harassment from the hands of the respondents.
