This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No.3754 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for 1st respondent would submit that trial has commenced and now the case is posted for arguments on 26.12.2025.
